Car Selection & Purchase at Japan Auction
After the client identifies the desired car, we place the bid on the Japanese Auction and once successful, we purchase the car.

Shipping & Documentation from Japan
The purchased vehicle is delivered to the shipping yard in Japan. Shipping is usually by Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) or Container shipping. The key documents prepared include: Invoice & Packing List, Export Certificate (Deregistration certificate), The Bill of Lading (B/L), and Inspection Certificate (QISJ OR JEVIC) for Kenyan regulations.

Arrival & Clearance at Mombasa Port
Once the ship arrives, our clearing agent in Mombasa handles customs clearance. The processes include: Lodging the Import Declaration Form (IDF), Payment of import duty, VAT, excise tax, and IDF fees, and Physical inspection and verification by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). Once cleared, the vehicle is released from the port.

Delivery & Registration in Kenya
After clearance, we transport the vehicle from Mombasa to our yard in Nairobi or the client's preferred location. We assist with NTSA registration, number plates, and logbook processing and issuance. The client finally receives their vehicle, fully registered and road-legal in Kenya.
